Sudhir R asked: I am planning to sell Fresh Roses and I don’t know how to market them. Do the florists buy from a normal supplier or do they buy only from wholesale distributor companies? Can anyone advice me on this?

Cathy M asked: My grandmother always added ground egg shells to the soil to give her roses more nutrients. I was wondering if this is just good for roses or would all plants benefit from this?

sheeow asked: I just found out that forced flowering daffodils will NOT come back from the bulbs, even after cutting down the stalks and replanting. Quite a disappointment. I’m living in a small, square limitedly lit room and am on the lookout for some plants I could get to add some color to the space. I do have a windowsill, but direct light is a little bit of a commodity. Nice fragrances and ease of care are big bonuses.
Thanks guys!

angelsky91502 asked: Joanne works for a florist. She needs to estimate how many flowers to order for 12 wedding bouqeets. She did similiar bouqets for two weddings in the past. For on she used 72 roses for 5 similar bouets and for the other, she made 16 similar bouqets using 243.
How many flowers should Joanna estimate she needs for this wedding?
