a_saetre02 asked: I have never really planted anything on my own before. I was wondering what kinds of plants can be planted together to look good. What kinds of plants or flowers can grow every year so I dont have to replant them every year. And lanscaping…totally clueless. I love the whole woodchip look and the rocks around them. But I also want somthing simple. Plus, what about what flowers for shade verse sun. I have no flowers or anything in my yard it looks so plain…ugly basically. I want it to look inviting and that I know what I am doing. Or should i hire someone?
PLEASE HELP!

tago asked: I am an online florist. There are so many online florists around. How can we differentiate ourselves from the others? If you were the online customer, what would you look for (price? design?) at the online flower shop?

kissmystarfishpucker asked: Here’s a challenge for the green thumbs out there.
I’d like to create a perrenial garden, 50 feet long, 10 feet deep, on a gentle curving pattern, to attract butterflies and hummingbirds. The site is protected from northern winds and has full morning and southern sun during the summer.
I’m going to move onto a cleared 200′X200′ wooded plot with very rich soil and would like to eventually build a more complex garden from this starting point.
Which of you creative gardeners have the talent to show me what you can create?
I plan to put this little plot in front of a pergola which will be attached to a 3 season room attached to a mobile home, facing directly south.

cyberqpd asked: I am interested in buying plants, bulbs and things that grow in flowerpots. Not flowers. I have tried buying things from the floral market but their plants seem to be unhealthy and die on me within the month. Any other place i could buy things from? ( address?) I would appreciate it. Oh and it would be nice if it is within downtown amsterdam, if possible, not on the outskirts or too far away. Thanks in advance!
